There are three MINI Convertible trims to choose from:

• Cooper C Convertible: Includes 161-horsepower engine, 9.4-inch touchscreen, integrated navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control
• Cooper S Convertible: Similarly equipped to the Cooper C, while adding 201-horsepower engine
• JCW (John Cooper Works): Builds on Cooper S with 228-horsepower engine, custom wheel and steering wheel designs, and Harmon Kardon premium audio

Interior Features & Design

The Cooper Convertible comes equipped with a combination of Vescin and cloth upholstery. All three models come with a three-spoke, heated steering wheel, with the JCW trim getting its own unique steering wheel design. Dual-zone automatic climate control comes standard on all models.

Exterior Features & Design

The MINI Convertible combines the iconic, compact design of the MINI brand with the thrill of a folding soft top for when you want to feel the open air. All models also get eye-catching black exterior accents. The base two trims get 17-inch U-Spoke Grey wheels, while JCW models have 17-inch trim-specific black wheels.

Performance

All three MINI Convertible models feature a 2.0-liter turbocharged I4 engine and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. This setup generates 161 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque on the Cooper C, 201 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque on the Cooper S, and 228 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque on the JCW.

Technology & Safety

A 9.4-inch round touchscreen display comes standard on all MINI Convertible models. The infotainment system includes Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and Bluetooth® connectivity. The Cooper C and Cooper S trims have a MINI Hi-Fi sound system, and the JCW gets a Harmon Kardon premium sound system.

Standard safety features featured on every MINI Convertible include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, front and rear parking sensors, automatic high beam headlights, cornering headlights, and an impact sensor that minimizes the risk of damage in the event of a collision.
